Many drop-off points available in Barcelona, very convenient close to a metro station. The person at the chosen drop-off point was friendly and the pick-up was very easy, the same for the return. I recommend it, very practical service from the booking to not have to worry about luggage for the last day of sightseeing.

Really simple, booked online in a few seconds, bag drop was easy and so convenient. I think the price is reasonable. A great service when you are stuck with a bag and don’t want to lug it around all day!

Easy. Map needs to have more filters. Eg only show Premier Inns etc.

It was very easy to use and we felt that our belongings were safe.

Website easy to use, not sure the use of actual location not being ‘revealed’ until we pay, we’ve all got Google and Apple Maps…. But couldn’t book ourselves anyway. So just give actual location, we can’t ‘steal the stash’ anyway
