Platform easy to use. Understand that hotel wasn't a luggage business in itself, but annoyed I had to spend 13 pounds for 2 days storage (over 24 hours) plus 3 pound Stasher fee. Was only worth it for avoiding paying rack rate at the hotel another night.

It all went smoothly. I just couldn't find the way to change the baggage drop-off (I only later realised another place would have been more convenient to me), but I guess it's because it was too late to change..
