Very well

I only thought luggage storage were located at lockers at train station, so to find stasher was a surprise. I was reluctant to leave our luggage at a shop (just didn’t feel like it would be as secure), so finding a hostel/hotel in the area we needed was great. Booked the day before and everything went well, our details were with the hostel when we turned up at 11am.

The whole process was simple and straightforward

No problem finding and booking it. The “service charge” is a bit misleading and feels a bit “Ryanair”. Just tell me the final price when I do the initial search!

Booking was very simple. I'm not good with doing things online but I had no trouble whatsoever. The only thing I wasn't happy about was that I booked two separate drop off/pick ups and had to do it separately therefore paying two booking fees. But I would suspect I just didn't see the button for multiple bookings as I'm not good with technology!
