So far so good! Loved it the last 2-3 times I've used it when traveling to London. I think it'd be great to have other info about the hotel/dropoff area, like if they have a lobby or a bathroom to use. The previous time we arrived in London, we needed to store our bags before being able to check into our Airbnb which was like 8 hours later. So it was nice to be able to change our clothes after a long flight in the bathroom etc before stashing our luggage for the day.
