It was easy to use. The receptionists quickly pulled up my reservations and had me drop off and pick up my bags. Although it was a good experience, I wish I had been able to choose a location closer to the coach station. I didn’t realize I’d have to walk a distance (although not too far, with so many bags I had to hire porters).
