Easy to use but EXTREMELY disappointed in the £9.95 booking fee which was added. Especially when I arrived at drop off shop abc they were offering flat £5 per bag for walk ins! Great concept but booking fee should be more reasonable like £2.99

Really simple. One thing to look at is that the email confirmation didn't include drop-off/pick-up time which the host wanted to see.
