Everything was perfect, practically next to the Termini station. The hotel staff was very friendly, they let us use the bathroom without any problems. I will not hesitate to use it again.

It's the second time we've used Stasher and it works as well in France as in the UK. Super easy and quick to book, great to not have to carry bags all day. Only downsides would be the lack of choice in Paris as of August 2023, and the price if we have many bags.

I booked my stasher for my bags, and when I got to the location, I realized that I had booked it at the wrong place, so I rebooked it at the place I was at, and they stored my bags properly and I paid for it while I was there. I thought I had booked it to the closest one to me, but evidently, I didn’t. So before I rebooked it, the nice lady at mailbox, etc. said that I could book a new one and they would refund the other one if I didn’t use it. So today I called and asked for the refund, and they were processing it immediately. Very happy with the service.
