The booking process was simple and the confirmation immediate, however I didn't use the facility as my b&b landlady on checking out offered to meet us at station with luggage. I did however email stasher for a refund and within a short period received a confirmation email of my refund within 3 working days which was excellent, however this 3 day period is just starting so cannot comment on receiving said cancellation yet. But on basis of my communication with them I'll certainly use there services again.

Kind staff, they told us that we could pick up the luggage at any time without any additional cost. They labelled our luggage and gave us a pick up number. I appreciate when the luggage is stored with an identifier to avoid confusions with other users.
