Really helpful - easy instructions and able to choose a slot to get your bags. No need for people interaction/waiting in a queue to get your bag. Easy to do! Only suggestion would be for larger time slots - 1 hour time slots are good but 2 hours would be good to be a bit more flexible - not worry about being late for your bag

The process was simple and fast. In fact, I completed the booking while I was on my way to the drop-off point. On arrival, they immediately received, tagged and stored my luggage, and gave me a token as well as a receipt. The collection was even faster!
