The hotel employee was very nice and made me feel like my luggage would be kept safe. When I came to pick up my luggage later around 10:00 pm that night he asked me if I needed anything from the hotel, like access to the toilets or cafe, before my journey back. It was a small gesture but made me feel like the service was above and beyond for someone just storing their luggage and not staying at the hotel.
