Worked very well. Friendly staff and very convenient.

Quickly inquired about possible parking spaces. For some reason, Apple Pay still worked for me, but I had to pay with a credit card.

First time using. Super easy and Premier Inn Cardiff were so efficient and friendly. Will use both again.

The service was simple to book. This is a great solution to a constant problem for travelers - where do I put my bags so I can do something useful for the day.

What a wonderful experience. The Deli Cafe was a great place to drop off our bags. Close to everything and also really nice to grab some coffee and breakfast food. Service was splendid.

Website and app were showing different info about open points. So I went with website. Very easy to use, great value for money. I will definitely use again.

Very easy to use and secure to pay (I used paypal).

Very easy to use. Tricky to select 'drop off' and 'pick up' times as the specific hour isn't highlighted. I could see 8, 9 and 10am highlighted together so wasn't sure how to specifically select 9am. I wasn't aware that the specific time isn't so important and was initially concerned that I might miss my slot. Also would be useful to indicate on map the point of interest. eg. I selected a Stasher drop off near Earl's Court, yet the map showed me many Stasher points, but didn't highlight Earl's Court, so I couldn't see how far away the drop off point was.
