Great idea since Union Station doesn't have luggage storage (crazy!!!). It is working!

Extremely user friendly website. Can identify exactly where you are booking beforehand (unlike some other luggage storage apps) and they are in excellent locations, safe storage and people on hand to instantly take in & return your luggage swiftly. Will definitely use again.

As a first time user, it is not truly easy to use. Also, by the time I was filling the form to book a spot, it was gone. That was quite problematic.

The drop off location was simple & straight to the point. We came in & were greeted then told to drop our luggage off. We got back hours later & our luggage was safe and sound.
