So simple to use and a great service.

We had a several hour time difference between leaving our rental and our flight out of Sydney so we used Stasher for the first time. I was a little skeptical and unsure of how it worked. The app was very easy to use and we found several Stashpoint locations close by. What a smart idea! I am not sure if these are available in the US, but if they are, I will definitely look for a Stasher location if our travel plans require it.

Professional and friendly welcome. The team is very nice. Area for improvement: in the long term, the system of issuing a small, insecure label that is easily lost should be improved. It could be replaced by a flash code system like that used for airport luggage.
