It is excellent. The entrance is at Gran Vía 48, the first elevator next to the entrance goes down to floor -2 and there is staff working there. You need to make a reservation or have parked the car there to use the service.

I really like the service. Made our awkward last day pretty seamless. My only concern is the high cost for a few hours. I would suggest Stasher have cheaper options for the typical last day in a city of 3-8 hours.
