Very easy to book online and the drop off and pick up were also seamless.

The secure room and the venue said we could pick up until midnight because the hotel was open 24/7. Would recommend and also recommend hotels over shops or business locations that close earlier. I imagine the company's overall policy or contract states 5:30, but it stands to reason as a blanket catch‑all time.

The staff member who checked in my bag knew about my booking. They politely checked my details and booking number, took my bag and put it in their storage behind a door. On my return another staff member politely checked my identification and promptly retrieved my bag. In addition to looking after my bag, one of the staff members noticed that I had left my reading glasses at their counter and the second staff member reunited me with them. Your service is reasonably priced and the service I received from the staff was excellent. I am very happy.

This was my first time using Stasher and I was a bit sceptical about security. However, the whole experience was very easy and my bags were kept safe! Finding a nearby luggage spot took me 2 minutes after downloading the app. Pricing was clear and I stored 2 bags in the centre of the Medina. Made my day so much easier by not having to drag luggage around the tight alleyways on my final day.

This service was very easy to use and I would recommend it to people who need storage for luggage. The service was quick and easy and the staff were very friendly to deal with. The app makes booking and confirming the service so easy.
