    The secure room and the venue said we could pick up until midnight because the hotel was open 24/7. Would recommend and also recommend hotels over shops or business locations that close earlier. I imagine the company's overall policy or contract states 5:30, but it stands to reason as a blanket catch‑all time.

    Easy to book. System worked well. Only slight issue was not knowing I required photo ID until the confirmation email arrived, but the venue didn’t ask for ID, luckily.
