El personal no sabía que tenían que cuidar el equipaje, no estaban informados ni tenían idea de qué hacer hasta que les enseñe por segunda vez la aplicación con mis datos creo que ni siquiera saben que estas en esa aplicación piensan que te vas a hospedar. Lo demás estuvo bien cuidaron de mi maleta y la encontré en buen estado pero si se tardaron en el proceso.

I am a rail traveller & found myself requiring luggage storage at short notice. No “left luggage” facility at rail station. Did not know of any alternative available so searched internet. Found “Stasher” & “gave it a go”. Very pleased with the service. Will definitely use it again.

The front of house at Mercure Hotel were great in storing our luggage for us. It was a huge relief to get rid of our heavy bags for 4 hours before we could check into our Airbnb. Everything was perfect. 100% recommend.

very convenient but we ended up storing 1 piece of luggage less than pre-booked. When asked whether i could receive a refund, the person in the newsagent claimed to now know anything about how to do this.

Very convenient - great location. Smooth process in leaving the luggage and retrieval. Guy at Jimmy & Sons was very helpful in giving us a hand when we have retrieve luggage from the basement store. There were surveillance cameras all over the stores but would have been even better if customers are not allowed direct access to the storage area.

Made a day trip to Brighton on my way through to Barcelona and was grateful for this service to store my luggage. had no trouble booking, dropping off my luggage, or picking it up.
