Excellent service and location. Super convenient service. Will definitely use again, if I need to stash some suitcase for a few hours (in my case because of an US visa appointment).

Everything was great! It was nice having a safe space to leave our bags since our flight wasn’t until later in the evening.

Very convenient location just minutes from the Europa Bus Station and local buses. Drop off and pick up process was quick and easy.

Prestige Scotland was the worst luggage hold I have ever experienced. After paying £24 to store 4 bags for 4 hours, we returned to find out luggage scattered amongst the store, "hidden" between clothing racks with just one employee in the store. I am terribly unhappy with this type of service and we are so lucky that nothing was taken from our bags despite the negligence of the storekeeper. Do not recommend and would never use again.

Process was so simple... for the first timer coming to london and have to leave the luggage before going to scotland, this luggage services is amazing. Location is so easy, drop and pick up also very simple. The guy lock and unlock the luggage infront of me so its secured. Highly recommended and will use the service again.

Very close to the stadium and very nice employees. not sure if the bags really were stored in a safe place but we got them back and thats what matters! Would totally store my bag here again!

it worked really well. was just happy with the program, the payment conditions and the Shakespeare Hotel at Paddington Station.

The hotel staff was very friendly. Convenient and quick drop off and pick up. Felt very comfortable leaving my bags.
