My stashpoint was just across the road from Liverpool Lime Street Rail Station, but when I got there it was not only closed but also "for sale"! I was slightly annoyed and had to pay to store my bag at Lime Street Station. But the reason for my 5-star rating is the excellent customer service I received when I reported the problem to Stasher. They responded to my message within minutes and refunded my payment in a few days. I will use them again in the future.
