Absolutely great! Friendly, uncomplicated, and professional - even at short notice!

My family found Stasher very friendly and easy to use. Instead of lugging heavy suitcases around London, we simply dropped them off to the London Victoria Apartment hotel just minutes away from Victoria train station. The staff members were very friendly, provided us with plastic tags to take a photo of, prior to whisking our luggage away. The whole transaction literally took 2 minutes. At the end of our day, picking up the luggage was just as easy, we showed the pictures of our tags and our luggage was with us within a minute! We would strongly recommend Stasher!

This was a great service for us to use on our last day in town for the 6 hours in between checking out of our apartment and having to head to the airport. It gave us the flexibility to continue exploring Edinburgh without the burden of lugging bags around! Easy to set up online and the check-in/check-out process was quick and our bags were stored securely at our location.

Whole process was pretty easy. Took a few minutes to find the shop, but that was more so an issue with google maps. bags were stored safely and were untouched when I collected them. Was a life saver, the stasher store was really near where Alexanderplatz station and 5 euro per bag was well worth avoiding carrying your luggage for the day.

First Time User of Stasher and it didn't disappoint. Easy, easy, easy. Would recommend and would use again without hesitation. Great location for station.

We needed somewhere to leave our luggage on a day we were transiting through London, so we could meet friends and visit some art exhibitions - the galleries won't take large luggage in their cloakrooms. It was very easy to book a place at Premier Inn near our train station online, just 2 minutes walk away, at less than half the price of the station's left luggage office - also with no queues and so no worries about missing the train. Staff at the Premier Inn were very helpful.
