Lovely people straight forward

The welcome and drop off was friendly.

I was in Brighton and they don't have luggage lockers at the station and didn't want to carry it all over town. I looked on the net and found a Stasher point just outside the station. It was easy to book on the website and the in-store person was very friendly. So helpful to have that kind of service. Thanks

Quick and straightforward. The Shakespeare Hotel is located a 2-minute walk from Paddington Station. Unfortunately, cash payment is not possible.

Check-in and check-out were both easy. They were able to pull up my confirmation despite having no internet due to building maintenance. Everyone was nice and my items were safely kept right across the street from the train station for a cheaper fee than the in-station luggage storage providers.

Used Stasher in Edinburgh. We had been staying in self-catering accommodation & were not flying home until the evening. It was so convenient to have a place to leave case for the day. Easy to use, a great service.

Needed somewhere near to London Victoria train station to store my bags. It was only a 10 minute walk away and pretty straightforward to get to. Was quick and easy to book online. The receptionist was friendly, and even let me get changed in the bathroom which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend and use them again. Thank you Belgravia Rooms!

After booking online, when it's time to drop off your luggage, just show the reservation confirmation, and you can directly leave your luggage at that store, which is very convenient, and the storage fee is also reasonable.
