So easy to book online. Service centre staff were friendly. Best thing was I didn’t need WiFi to activate the booking, just show the confirmation email. The only improvement could be to put a distance on the information prior to booking so you can see how far you have to walk.

The whole experience was very straightforward and easy. I was looking for a live person vs. machine and got exactly that. From check in to pick up service was excellent. Both of the representatives were so friendly and helpful with directions. They even let me use the restroom and charge my phone. Worth every euro!

Worked perfectly, just showed the booking notice in the phone and they tagged and carried away the luggage and gave me a receipt. Picking up was equally easy. All in all it took no more than 5 minutes.

BE AWARE!!!!!!! Service is far too good! It hadn’t occurred to me that because my wife wouldn’t be trundling a suitcase around the streets of London for the afternoon, as said suitcase was safely stored away, BOTH her hands were now free to purchase and carry new luxury items that she really just had to have!
