Tip top. Well located and very secure.

Great service, really useful when you've got a few hours to kill and don't want to lug a heavy case and backpack around a city or try to go for a bit to eat etc. Only recommendation would be to improve the UI, it's really frustrating on a mobile to be asked what time I want the booking for, select a stash point and then be told that they are unavailable for the timeframe I selected.

We were a little nervous at first to commit to this option, but it was located in a great place and the people took great care of our bags. They knew we were coming, and they had a safe, dry, clean place to store our bags. It took just a few minutes to check them in and out again. I noticed when we picked up our bags that there were several others who were using the service too, so this particular location seemed to be well trusted. Based on our first experience, we would use this service again.

Convenient and at reasonable cost.

Premier Inn Wembley Park hotel had closed a Stasher service and this was not notified in advance. They led us to another Premier Inn hotel about a 10-minute walk away. This caused unnecessary confusion in the middle of the hurry.

Was easy to find the store, and they were quick to take my bags. Exactly what we needed.

I'm very satisfied, the hotel is just in front of Gare du Nord, easy to find. The man at the reception was really kind. I recommend it.

Staff were friendly and knew why we were there. Very easy to hand over luggage and pick back up.

As I was storing my suitcase for an extended period (11 nights), I emailed the company and received a prompt reply with the answer to my query as well as a code enabling a discount. Easy to use service as it was the hotel I was staying at. Good secure service with no hidden costs.

Check out of my accommodation was 10am, but my flight didn't leave until 10pm and I needed somewhere to store my suitcase for the day. The online booking was simple to follow, and the storage point was close to my accommodation. Dropping off the suitcase and collecting it was easy, I was given a ticket and took a photo of my suitcase just in case I lost my ticket. I had no concerns that my suitcase wouldn't be secure and I felt comfortable leaving it. I would definitely use the service again as it is so convenient and practical.

I would definitely recommend this service to others. It was super easy and it was a third of the price to store with stasher than it was to store at my hostel after checkout.
