I needed to leave my case somewhere for 6 hours whilst spending the day wandering around London before catching my train from King's Cross that evening. Stasher's webpage gave me the option of picking a location close to the station. The one I picked was the Premier Inn and as this was a well-known chain I thought the bag would definitely be safe here. I paid the £6 online and on the day just had to show my printed out email confirmation and some personal ID. It was saved in their left luggage room where they gave me an attached label which matched the one they tore off for me. I picked it up later that evening with no hassles whatsoever. And for half the price of what I would have paid at King's Cross' left luggage.

Needed to get shot of a suitcase. Took minutes to arrange online. Turned up, drop bag off. Took a minute or so. Came back a few hours later, picked it up. Easy and very convenient.

The staff at Premier Inn were exceptional. They were extremely busy - with hotel customers - but still went out of their way. I needed to weigh my luggage before going to Gatwick airport. A member of staff went looking for the scale and found it had no batteries. So he went off looking for batteries and took them out of a stuffed toy in order to help me. Cannot fault Premier Inn or Stasher.

Second time we've used this service. Dropped two bags in the morning as to be able to walk around Central London freely. Lovely polite and accommodating staff. Will use again!
