Very friendly staff at the cafe, the bags were secured in a locked room away from any customers, and everything was in the same condition as when we dropped them off.

I wanted to enjoy a museum before my onward journey. Booking couldn’t have been easier and quick, pleasant and efficient service at store.

It worked as expected, was simple and efficient. The host was friendly and helpful.

this is such a great service! staying in an air bnb gives you no options for what to do with your bags after checkout time. i’m so grateful that hotels are participating in this service; it gave us a whole extra day in Edinburgh.

Belgravia Rooms was situated perfectly and the staff was nice. We could also use their toilet facilities. We had to leave an extra bag which wasn't pre-booked and it cost £5 instead of £6 we paid for the other two before our trip. Very good experience, I definitely recommend!
