And totally trustworthy. I left a heavy suitcase and a heavy unzippable bag which contained £5000 of equipment, (binoculars, bird watching telescope, very expensive camera with professional long distance zoom lens) Would recommend this luggage facility without hesitation.

Moving from one airbnb to another, this place was perfect to store our luggage for a few hours, and half the price of at the train station. Lovely service, definitely recommend!

Easy to book online whilst visiting another country. Whilst searching online for luggage store in Siena I noticed very mixed reviews about luggage store at the train station. I wanted something that was secure and reliable. The hotel that I found through Stasher was located close to the train station, had very good entrance security and friendly helpful staff. It was perfect.

I needed to arrange a collection and delivery that was a little different and they made sure it worked.

Booking was dead easy, chap that took our bag was friendly and sorted everything out despite having to deal with an obnoxious person bursting in on our transaction. Top marks.

I stored my bag at the Premier Inn near Heathrow Airport, and the staff were very friendly; I felt very safe leaving my bag at the hotel.

The hotel staff was very friendly. We were an hour too early for our bus and the man who let us in, allowed us to stay for an hour to wait for our bus so we didn’t have to wait outside in the middle of the night. Our stuff was well taken care of and it was very easy to use!

Drop off and pick up were seamless and swift!

Easy to book, easy to find, very friendly staff on arrival and it felt safe leaving my luggage there. It was definitely worth it for such a good price, so that we could explore without baggage until we were able to check in to our accommodation.
