    The staff was so sweet. There was this man working that day, that was both sweet and funny, asking us about our trip and told us that we could come back any time that day if we wanted something from our bag. We walked out of there with a big smile on our faces. My sister told me right after "that guy was the sweetest". We'll be back, for sure!

    Excellent customer service! Very friendly and helpful staff! We needed to stash our luggage as close as possible to the Tower of London...Since we were at the end of our lovely vacation in London, we were quite tired and had sore legs from lots of walking the previous days! We found this Hub by Premier Inn across the street from the Tower! So close- it was perfect! And the staff at the Hub was very helpful and friendly! Thanks, Stasher for this service!

    Hours listed online were not the same as listed on the door. On Sunday they do not open until 12:30, online it said 11am. We ended up going to Guinness where they stored our bags for free and never used the stasher we purchased.
