  Easy to find storage location, I spoke to staff who were friendly and helpful. They asked me which luggage storage app I was using and then took me to the rear where they have a locked secure room that could take quite a few bags. They advised me to photograph my bags. At collection I was asked to point out my bags, there does not seem to be a process to verify who you are and that you are taking the right bags. A hotel would typically use a ticket issued to the user and a counterpart attached to the bag.

  IT WAS A LITTLE COMPLICATED TO FIND THE LOCATION WITH MAPS, I SENT IT TO ANOTHER PLACE AND IT WAS ACTUALLY VERY EASY

  The store is tiny and it seemed shady when you first walk in, but it was easy and quick. I showed the payment on the Stasher App to the store attendant, left my luggage for about 3 hours and when I came back, everything was in tact. No complaints.

  Guy in the store was really helpful and asked if we needed any help with directions when we were leaving

  Quick and uncomplicated. Upon arrival we got the helpful information to pick up the bags before 7 (closing time). The lady who served the counter in the evening was especially friendly.

  Easy drop-off and pick-up, though I agree with others that it made me slightly nervous it operated primarily on the honor system. Conveniently located near Park Street station and priced well though, so just make sure not to leave anything too valuable and use basic deterrence tools like locks.

  friendly staff , excellent location, five minutes walk from Haymarket station. Right next to the North End District where you can get some lovely Italian food before picking up your case and heading to the airport

  This was very sketchy - it's a random convenience store! But I actually felt very safe dropping my bags off. When I came back to retrieve my things, everything was intact. Thee location was also very convenient, only a few minutes' walk to the North Station train. This store was also located in the heart of North End, tons to do and see!

  Very easy to use. Just dropped bags and was able to leave and pick my baggage up before my flight.
