  Hello, everything went well. However, I was not reassured during the 9 days I left my 3 suitcases. I had to leave them in a souvenir and clothing shop in a room at the back of the store that customers could access. I don't find this normal or reassuring, because anyone could have taken a suitcase and walked out with it! Unfortunately, we couldn't leave our suitcases in a locked area. Considering the high price paid, I find this service not reassuring.

  The location was a little out of the way, which meant we had to take an uber there, but with 7 suitcases, it wasn't like we were going to be hauling them on the T or walking anyway. :)

  They were very busy and it took a little while to get their attention, otherwise they did very well.

  The establishment met all requirements. If I were to nit-pick, it would be nice if they were open a little later (45-60 minutes more) so that there was a little more of a time cushion between the end of the Red Sox game, and getting to the place to reclaim my item(s) before it closed.

  The location felt safe and secure.  The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.  Picking up our luggage also went smoothly.  Highly recommend.

  Easy to find storage location, I spoke to staff who were friendly and helpful. They asked me which luggage storage app I was using and then took me to the rear where they have a locked secure room that could take quite a few bags. They advised me to photograph my bags. At collection I was asked to point out my bags, there does not seem to be a process to verify who you are and that you are taking the right bags. A hotel would typically use a ticket issued to the user and a counterpart attached to the bag.

  Stasher was the easiest to work with and find locations. Just need more, like up in Salem...
