  Very safe room that is locked. Stasher luggage tag which you need to photograph at the point of leaving it behind. Friendly staff and even offered to use the toilets if required.

  Really safe, is on the 4th floor and they have a safe room in which they left my 2 suitcases. I will def use them again.

  Excellent location (right in the city centre), excellent service. Located within a mall, so may need to ask the person at the desk when you walk in for directions to find the shop. Felt very safe and the owner was very kind and reliable. Would definitely recommend!

  I didn't realise the hostel was on level 4, took a while to figure out which bell to press to enter the building, but besides that it was a very easy and smooth process :)

  There is a small elevator to bring you up to the hostel. The staff is nice and easy to work with!

  This was easy, efficient, safe, and a good value! As others have mentioned, the entrance is in a mall. When you enter, there is an information desk to your left. Proceed past the desk and the hallway curves around to the right and you’ll see the stash point. There is also a public restroom in the mall.

  I left a large suitcase here for 4 days so I could travel light to Cascais. Although at first the employee didn't know anything about the service (it was her second day!), she called the owner and sorted it out for me. Both her and the employee who was there when I picked up my bag were extremely friendly, welcoming and took the time to make sure everything was done properly. I felt like I had left my suitcase in good hands and had no problems. I would definitely use this location again!
