Great idea! Loved the convenience of dropping luggage at a secure business and at a great price. Could not have worked better giving me a full day as a tourist hands free. The Sofitel was located at Central station via an escalator, perfect for getting transport to the airport. Thank you so much Stasher and Sofitel.

Neat concept which worked really well on the ground. The only criticism would be that there is no flexibility to amend the booking, only to rebook and delete the old one. This probably works well most of the time but not when the drop venue is already booked up. Other than that, no significant issues. The online chat support agent was extremely chirpy and helpful.
