Easy to book online, easy to find - only thing maybe could be improved is where to find the room/person to drop bag off - I was shouted at by people in queue for shop products as I went to counter to ask what procedure was!! Other than that a great & useful service!

Very easy process from booking to dropping off my rucksack whilst I was at Wembley. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

I think this is a great service. I needed to be in the city for the day, but my hotel was at Heathrow. This made it very easy for me to spend the day in the city without having to lug my bags around.

It was very easy to book online. I was en route from Scotland to Brighton, and needed to stop in Manchester for a few hours for an important meeting. Stasher was far cheaper than the left luggage office at the station, and the location to store my case was very conveniently placed and easy to find.

Very fast to register and then make a booking

Easy location access from Victoria, Google has entrance to rear of property which is an inconvenience. Perfect for dropping my bag off whilst watching the rugby at Twickenham

Service très pratique, boutique propre et bien située (5 minutes à pied de la station de métro Martim Moniz et 4 minutes de Intendente), parfait pour se rendre à l’aeroport rapidement :) Des scellés sont mis sur vos bagages pour assurer la sécurité de vos affaires, top ! Personnel sérieux et très accueillant, qui a de nombreux services (transferts, toilettes, vélos, etc..) Nous recommandons sans hésitation !

Our experience with storing our luggage was excellent. Dropped off the luggage with no problems. Hanover Hotel staff very helpful, waited while we had to pack some of our travel items and changed our foot ware for the day. When we returned we were early for our scheduled check in at our VRBO but it was no a problem to wait in the Hanover Hotel waiting room. Thanks for the great service. Will definitely recommend to all.

Very simple and easy to use.

Location was a little further from the underground than I would have liked and a little difficult to find. Other than that, drop off and pick up experience were great.

A very useful and valuable service - easy to use except for finding the right address for the luggage storage at my hotel. Once we figured out that we had to use the Postal Code, all was easy and effective.
