The booking was difficult on a phone and I probably made a location mistake while doing it. A short exchange of messages and they found a solution for me when I realised my mistake. Great help. And then good service from Krystal’s.

You can leave safely your luggage there and enjoy a stroll through the city. Service close at 6pm as most of the shops in the city.

Although we had an issue with the location we stashed at, customer service worked quickly to fix the issue and refunded us for the day, plus paid for the difference in our train ticket costs because we missed the original train.

It was so easy to book my bags in and drop them off at the hotel. The lady knew what I was coming for and was very quick in getting me all sorted. Even wanted to help me get around town!

Prima manier om even je zware tassen kwijt te kunnen, zoals in ons geval bij het British museum.

We had 4 hours in Edinburgh with 5 large bags to cart around and the left luggage at Waverley Station was really expensive. I found the online booking process and instructions very easy and clear to follow. The store was handy for Haymarket station, trams and buses and the staff were really helpful and polite.

Stasher was the perfect solution for us. Two problems: it opens only at 11:00 and it’s quite expensive.

We arrived from Oz after 32 hours a d needed somewhere to stash our bags before we could check in our accommodation. The guys at Krystals were quick, efficient in taking our bags in and picking them up. Would definitely do it again
