So convenient and easy to book online, and the gentleman in Melcombe News was helpful and friendly ... and happy for me to collect my luggage later than I originally indicated. A mobile phone app would be great so that the information doesn't have to be printed out.

Service bien utile lorsque l'on souhaite se balader dans Paris sans ses bagages ! L'accueil à l'hôtel Mercure Paris Arc de Triomphe était très bon, avec le sourire. Pour s'y rendre c'est à peine 3 minutes de marche au départ du métro Charles de Gaulle Etoile, que demander de plus ?! On réutilisera se service avec plaisir. Merci.
