What a great service this is. Having used VERY expensive left luggage companies in stations and airports, it was a refreshing change to have a highly professional and efficient service. The staff at the Shakespeare Hotel were very helpful and informative. I highly recommend this service.

Good service, could be improved with a locked room

It took a VERY LONG time to find my reservation, even though I had a copy of the reservation/confirmation in hand for reference. The guys scrolled and scrolled and scrolled forever, checked my name 4 times, and again, I had all of the information already printed out and pulled up on my phone. Then, when picking up our bags (we had 5 for a group of 3), they brought out other people's luggage - twice! We had to tell them it wasn't ours and what ours looked like. It does not inspire confidence in the service.

Really easy to do and perfect if you can’t leave your luggage at your hotel/ passing through.

We were faced with checking out of our Airbnb in Brighton and were due to have a last day of wandering and enjoying the city. It was hot and we were all rather disapointed ar the prospect of carrying cases and rucksacks around all day. This thought threatened to spoil our last day . We googled storage at train station but found they no longer did it . We guessed it was security issues. We found ' Stasher' it was famtastic! We agreed on a cheap breakfast to help absorb cost at £6 a bag this could be done . It was so incredibly easy to arrange and staff at the local Premier Inn were also helpful and friendly. 4 bags stored for rest of day but we only needed a few hours. Really worth it and bags were taken and we got a tiny tag which the hotel staff suggested we photograph on our phones incase of losing. It was so handy and efficient. Will definitely use again.

Excellent service

Great service, so cheap and easy to use. Just wish that the tags they gave us as tickets to redemn our bags were a bit bigger but so handy for when you have to check out early but leave late

The location of the hotel was directly across from the station so quick to get to and also to collect luggage. The elevator was broken and under repair when we were there which meant taking the luggage up the stairs however that was not under the control of the hotel. Would use them again if in Rome
