Very friendly and polite. No problems with the service whatsoever. Would recommend using this location to others.

I booked at faith international as we had to be out of our hotel room at 10am and wasn't flying home till 10pm so thought it would be nice to spend the day without dragging our cases around ,I picked this one as it was 5 doors away from where we were staying .we packed up in the morning and checked out and set of to the drop off to find out they no longer provided the service and wasn't very helpfull.I decided to get in touch with the company to see what we could do thinking I had been scammed however I spoke to a lady called Oliva who was very helpful and arranged for us to take our cases to another drop off the Hearth hotel which was a 5 minute walk away she also refunded our money for this reason I will definitely use this service again.

Very very convenient and at a reasonable price, definitely I will use it again.

Very convenient. Easy service to use. Wonderful to be able to do our traveling with only one small bag while storing our large suitcase ( which had been necessary for transatlantic crossing.)

I would recommend stashed. The website to book was user friendly and the staff at Premier Inn were great when we left our luggage.

You (Citystasher) is not serviced by IBIS Hotel. They provide service for two other storage co but your not one of them.

Convenient location, just a short walk from Brighton Train Station. l was visiting Brighton for the day and needed somewhere safe for my luggage as Brighton Station has no facilities. Very simple booking procedure on line and excellent value. Very polite and helpful staff at shop, taking only a few minutes to label my case and give me a receipt on arrival and on my return in the evening to give my case back. I would highly recommend this service and will use them again without hesitation.

It is a great idea but when we showed up at the location they didn’t want to take our bags. They ultimately did but made it clear it wasn’t something they wanted to do anymore. This is stashes fault but their partner’s

we were taking a quick overnight trip to florence (from rome), and didn't want to lug our huge suitcases with us, so we found this place which was literally right next to the termini train station. it couldn't have been more convenient; picked a time to drop off and pick up bags when making the reservation, then we were in and out. perfect solution to our problem!
