Easy to use app and great service at our chosen Stasher location.

Needed a place to store my large backpack whilst watching a football match at Wembley Stadium, as I had been staying with friends in London, but was travelling home to Oxford immediately after the game. The stadium do not have bag storage so I chose to store it for a few hours at Premier Inn with Stasher. Was easy to book and pay for, but when I turned up with my bag they told me that the storage was full and they were not taking any more bags through Stasher, even though I had already reserved and payed! Had to plead with them and after eventually calling the manager over, who was understanding of my situation, he agreed to take my bag on personally at no extra charge. The situation didn't fill me with confidence as I had a laptop and camera in my bag, and as the situation was no longer "official" I felt a bit nervous about things going missing. Fortunately, I picked the bag up a few hours later with no problems.

very attentive and courteous. it was a stress free experiance and it all took a few minuets.

Was fantastic and convenient, was meeting people in town and they had been delayed several hours so I was able to drop off my bags and wonder the area with ease till that got to town.

great service, arrive to store, hand over bags, get ticket and leave. on return hand over ticket 2 min later leave with bag. great service guys

Die Zwischenlagerung unserer Koffer bei den Stasher Stellen war ganz einfach und reibungslos. Dadurch waren die Koffer gut untergebracht und wir waren flexibel.
