Excellent and professional service. Easy to use app. After checking out of my hotel, I needed a place to store my rucksack for the day as I was meeting an old friend who was going to show me Exeter and I didn't want to lug my rucksack around, especially as it was hot. I found Stasher online and having read its reviews, I tried it. The app is easy to use. The service at the premier inn opposite Exeter St David's train station was efficient and professional. They took my rucksack, issued me with a ticket and locked my rucksack away. On collecting it later, I gave my ticket to the receptionist and they went and fetched my rucksack. It was very good

The employees helped us very well, although it seemed like they'd never had someone use Stasher before. Maybe they could be more informed about it.

Overall a good experience but booked two bags one on app and one on Web- choose same time but booking was an hour out on app which was a bit worrying. Luckily not a problem for the shop we dropped at but needs looking at.
