Was apprehensive at first since it was a souvenir shop, but luggage was stored away from the public and the lady was super nice.

Super easy to find locations and the customer service team responds quickly if you have any issues - for example I had to change the dates of drop off.

Easy booking and payment. Good locations. Provided the opportunity to safely leave the large suitcase in London, while traveling in mainland Europe.
