Efficient, very friendly accommodating staff. Totally reliable and secure. Very handily placed only 10 minwalk from London Stadium.

Very easy to find. Good service, nice people. Not secure though. Door left open, in reality anybody could walk out with my bag especially at busy times during event days when all the staff are pre occupied.

Really easy to get to, short walk from the tube. Quick and easy, great for festivals at Victoria Park!

Lots of availability for places close to train stations in London. Great to be able to leave bag safely and not have to carry around all day.

Unfortunately due to technical problems I was unable to use the service, and my credit card was charged despite an immediate chat request to cancel. However, on notifying the team of the situation a refund was promptly issued. I love the concept and will try again in the future.

Easy and a great location, nothing bad to say

There wasn't anybody at the property to provide you with assistance. When I called them they insisted I sent them my ID. I wasn't able to send the ID that evening. Anythow, in terms of data protection it shouldn't be expected to send their ID per email. I had to call Agoda in order to sort out the issue. First I wanted to leave and not stay there. But then I decided to go back whrn I received the log in details for opening the locker and collect the key. Well, I believe lessons have been learnt I wish everyone the best for their future.

Very good, put a tag around my bag and gave me one for myself. Was easy enough, took 30 seconds to get bag back too which was good.

Easy to book online, easy to find - only thing maybe could be improved is where to find the room/person to drop bag off - I was shouted at by people in queue for shop products as I went to counter to ask what procedure was!! Other than that a great & useful service!

Very easy process from booking to dropping off my rucksack whilst I was at Wembley. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.
