Super easy to find locations and the customer service team responds quickly if you have any issues - for example I had to change the dates of drop off.

We stored for 1 month. The process is good. The extension is a little complicated via mail.

Really good service, only thing that could improve it would be not having to wait at the check in area behind guests checking in just to leave a case. Maybe other staff could help? If this is already the case then a sign would be good.

Very convenient with many varied locations to store luggage.  Have used multiple times while travelling, and always a great service.
