Onky 4 stars because the locations are other businesses and it isn’t abundantly clear when reserving that this is the case. We wandered around looking for a Stasher storefront that didn’t exist. The address was a tad inaccurate, but in fairness this could be our misunderstanding. Nevertheless the service was great once found and we will certainly use again in future to eliminate carrying our bags all over town or just heading to airport early. Valuable service. Just needs a final polish on locations identification.

The app itself if a bit glitchy, but the experience was great. Very easy to deal with and a fantastic idea when the lockers at train stations are full!
