Quick, and convenient way to store luggage. It is a bit expensive though! They charge £5 per bag per day, but we only kept it there for roughly 2 hours.

Good location a few mins walk from station. Long queue at check in desk on return to collect luggage but another member of staff helped when I went to to front to ask for my bag. Allow plenty of time for collection

Great service. My daughter and I had a day in London whilst waiting for my other daughter to attend an all day interview. We didn't want to be dragging our suitcase around London all day so left it at The Shakespeare Hotel near Paddington. It was half the price of leaving it in Paddington station storage and so easy to do. The gentleman who took our bag was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend using this service and especially The Shakespeare Hotel, it's literally 2 minutes walk from Paddington.

Great to be able to leave bag near Piccadilly Circus tube and have lunch and meet up with friend without dragging bag around central London.

Excellent service, the attendants at reception were where supportive while checking in the baggage as well as checking out...I was traveling with my family and they guided us for local travel in the Paris..thank you team there

The shop didn’t seem to be expecting us, then demanded a printed sheet of our booking, which travelling, we didn’t have, just the confirmation email from stasher. Had to ask for ties to secure belongings, had no counterfoils to these, so had no proof they were our bags. Just a bit amateurish, felt unsafe and unprofessional. We got bags back at end of day, so no issues.

I had been carrying a lot of luggage throughout my stay in London! I had an early departure time in the hostel i was staying in but my travel arrangement weren't until late in the evening, so i booked to leave my luggage in "Docklands Lodge" and paid via Paypal! Nice quick easy service and the staff at Docklands Lodge were very helpful and polite, thank you very much!

The pointer was placed in the wrong place, after looking for 20min I went on Google maps and found the spot. It was rather expensive since we just wanted to leave the bag for 1,5h. I like the concept but the sloppyness and the prices left me with a bad experience.

Took our bags in with no fuss, placed in a safe area, offered us a drink of water when we returned for our bags,very friendly thanks

Booked online, dropped off bag, had an awesome time at a gig, came back and bag was ready to grab! Perfect every way :-)
