When I arrived, it was shit, although it was during opening hours and in the hour when I said I’d be there, so I had to wait for nearly 20 minutes in the rain, risking being late for my appointment. The person who arrived was on her own and had been required to go to the offices- not her fault but very inconvenient. Pickup was easy and quick.
