Easy to book online. Prompt online response to queries. Check in luggage at Premier Inn was quick and stasher luggage tags were provided. Upon collection of the luggage, the lovely hotel receptionist even helped me call for a taxi to the airport.

Thought the service was quick and staff were friendly Only negative would be that having pre-booked 2 bags but only needing to drop 1, we were not offered a partial refund

Excellent facility. I used Premier Inn near Euston & Kings Cross. The leaving and picking up went without a hitch.
