We would recommend that the site is marked as "Stasher" in the street, so one can recognise it, or that the web identification is more precise and provide the actual identification of the site. In our case it was a convenience store which had its own commercial name. We looked for "Stasher" for a while and then popped in to ask. Then we realised that it was the actual "Stasher" but under a totally different name. This could be improved.

We were a bit surprised that our luggage was Kent in an open and accessible area, and not locked up. Upon pick-up there was no checking of the numbers for the tags, and it seemed we could have taken any baggage instead of our own. It all worked out fine though. :-)
