The staff was very friendly, and it was both easy and quick to drop off and pick up my bag.

The staff at reception was very friendly and it's open 24/7!

We needed to store our luggage quickly and easily while we visited the Van Gough museum before catching our flight later that day. I found stasher through Google immediately and was amazed by how quick and easy it was. We received the beat service from the store and were in and out in no time without having to worry that we wasted €30 on museum tickets! Would 100% recommend

Was hoping for better service at Smoking Jacket SKen. On arrival at the shop the only person serving kept me waiting 5 minutes while he finished a call on his mobile phone, he then didn't know anything about city stasher and asked whether I wanted to drop of a parcel? (I didn't I have prebooked a small case). It was all a bit worrying with limited English being spoken, luckily a young man was called who was very pleasant and professional and dealt with everything OK. Pick up of my case 24 hours later was also a worry as a new member of staff said "He didn't normally deal with luggage handovers and my case was being stored in the basement but he shouldn't leave the till unsupervised". I was alarmed as I needed the case for an appointment but he then asked me to look after the shop for 2 minutes while he popped down to the basement to retrieve the case. All in all worked OK with some hiccups - staff need more training in citystasher service to make the experience less stressful!

We were staying in Brighton over night with my 1 year old granddaughter we needed to leave our bag to enjoy the day in the city. Booking was ok had to input details a couple of times but it worked. We then made our way to the shop we had selected only to find it was closed!! We tried calling the number given for this store numerous times but no answer!! We then had to continue our day carrying our heavy overnight bag and 'starcher' had our money. On our way back to the station the shop was open so we explained and the shop owner was rude and reluctant to give us a refund. He was adamant that he opened at 10.15 instead of 10am however we booked at 10.22 and showed him the screen shot and called him between 10.30 and 10.45!!! Eventually we got a cash refund but no apology! Would be reluctant to use this service again!!!

Our Airbnb host in Edinburgh gave us a link for Stasher with a 10% discount. When we got to the train station luggage storage the prices were high and the staff not friendly at all. I got told to wait outside while other people were being seen, despite there being lots of room and not standing in anyone’s way. So we booked online with stasher, got our luggage stored for half the price by a really friendly receptionist 5 minutes walk away at the Premier Inn. It was easy and fast to book and we would use Stasher again without hesitation.

Good location, friendly service.

The actual store had good service but the company as a whole is a bit of a rip off. I paid £6 to store 1 small bag for 2 hours max and I wasn’t allowed to group it together with another small bag, which is ridiculous. I was told I’d have to pay an extra charge. Also, it needs to be made clearer on the website that bags need to be secure.

Stasher is the greatest thing/service for my trip this year. I was able to travel light and move around from city to city in France. Because of Stasher, I actually coordinate the luggage drop-off participating hotels into my itinerary. Highly recommend it and will definitely use it again!!
