Easy to check in and quick to collect, safe service

Excellent service, saved the day for me! I was working on the train and needed to drop my bag off after the journey ,so I could watch the football with my son!! Both the train station and coach station couldn't help so Stasher came to the rescue :)

Easy to book and easy to find, helpful staff when dropping off

It was very easy to go online and find the best location to suit my bag drop off. Being able to pay online also ensures that you know your booking is done and you don't still need to deal with payment when dropping your bag. The booking was also really simple and easy to do.

Really great service. Was able to leave bags in a central location and explore London baggage free.

Everything fine, just the Premier Inn couldn’t initially find the instruction from Stasher that I’d be coming on that day. Otherwise a good experience and would use again.

After painstakingly entering all of my personal info on your web form (which crashed 3 times on my iphone), I then had to fill it in manually on a tag at the hostel where I was leaving my bag! More hassle than it's worth. And expensive

Great idea and good service. Safe and without any issues. Cost could be reduced for longer stay periods rather than a flat day rate throughout.

It was highly convenient and easy to just book online. The stasher locations are sometimes a little suspect and some of our bags were returned quite dirty/dusty. But the service was good.

Great Service, Great Location, Reasonable Cost.

I was looking to store my luggage in Edinburgh city centre for the day after flying in on an early flight. I was to spend the day with my daughter in the city centre and did not need my luggage with me until heading off to accommodation (out of city centre) after 5:00pm. Booking online was easy with a number of storage sites to choose from. The online booking gave me a printed booking and reference which I produced when at the storage point and my luggage was taken care of efficiently. Collection was no hassle either.

So simple to use and very friendly service at the site.
