Overall a good experience but booked two bags one on app and one on Web- choose same time but booking was an hour out on app which was a bit worrying. Luckily not a problem for the shop we dropped at but needs looking at.

Easy to use and clear. One point for consideration unless I may have missed it on your webpage would be to potentially consider clarifying the booking process a bit further, i.e. that it is done by count of pieces of luggage irrespective of their respective dimensions as opposed to charging based on dimension and/or weight.

Smooth search and booking. Able to select Premier Inn options easily as we were looking for a late pick up and secure access.

4th time using stasher. Here we weren't given a tag for the luggage. We were told to take a picture of the luggage only. I would prefer a tag aswell as it would feel more secure. Place easy to find and very central. Staff fine too. I also thought it unusual that we went into the room to get the bags rather than the staff getting it. Someone could tamper with your bag.

I had time before fellow travelers met up with me. Easy place to stash my bags and I was able to walk to Dublin Castle. When I left, the staff called a taxi for me. Very helpful staff and pleasant place to store bags!

Just make sure you make a reservation beforehand as they have limited space.

What a fantastic idea, and a straightforward process from start to finish.  Will definitely use again.

Schön, dass es die Möglichkeit gibt. Hätte ansonsten nicht gewusst, wohin mit dem Koffer während des Besuchs von Versailles. Nachts um 23.30 gebucht, bezahlt und sofort Bestätigung und Nummer bekommen.

Stashed 3 large suitcases with ease! Service was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.
