We wanted to dump our bags so we were free to explore around Covent Garden before and after our theatre booking. Really easy to book and very convenient.

Hotel was great. City stasher website was bad though. Couldn't order anything via mobile, very difficult to make the reservation.

The location was closed when we arrived. So wasn’t able to stash my bag.

It is a very safe and clean place. As well as the staff are very friendly! I will use it again!

We arrived a bit later to the Paper Shop, where the owner remembered our reservation immediately, took our luggages and informed us about the opening times. The whole process run very smoothly. The location is convenient for a visit at the British Museum.

El servicio anduvo bien, el tema fue que el personal del hotel no estaba capacitado para manejar la situación: no sabía en que consistía el servicio y me pidió mil documentos porque no sabía que pedirme.

Store owner was friendly, bags were picked up untouched and secure.

Used it by now several times, and each time so happy the service exists. 50% cheaper than the left luggage facility at the station, moreover, Stasher expanded fast since my first time and now they have locations literally all over London. Very secure, safe, and friendly, just a bit further away from the station than excess baggage...but I don't mind the walk.

It was overly expensive for a few hours, bags were kept on the floor behind the counter and not in a locker we could acces ourself etc. Looked pretty shady overall.
