Very good and reliable service

El servicio anduvo bien, el tema fue que el personal del hotel no estaba capacitado para manejar la situación: no sabía en que consistía el servicio y me pidió mil documentos porque no sabía que pedirme.

Store owner was friendly, bags were picked up untouched and secure.

Used it by now several times, and each time so happy the service exists. 50% cheaper than the left luggage facility at the station, moreover, Stasher expanded fast since my first time and now they have locations literally all over London. Very secure, safe, and friendly, just a bit further away from the station than excess baggage...but I don't mind the walk.

It was overly expensive for a few hours, bags were kept on the floor behind the counter and not in a locker we could acces ourself etc. Looked pretty shady overall.

I was so happy with my experience! We arrived into Kings Cross but had tickets to Warner Brothers Harry Potter studio that afternoon. We were able to leave our bags here, right between King’s Cross and Euston station, and then take the train from Euston to Harry Potter. The employees were polite and helpful and it worked out great for us!

I arrived to drop off my bag to find that the shop was closed! Managed to get hold of someone at Stasher who directed me to another shop further along the same road, then asked me if they needed to inform anyone else - I would expect them to know their own booking records and whether there were other customers they needed to contact, not to have to ask me! The second shop were storing bags in the main shop among the shelves, open to any customer who walked in. I told them I was running late and needed to drop my bag quickly, they made me walk back to the first shop and then took my bag, gave me a reference number but didn't check my ID or security seal my bag.

Great idea to utilize existing facilities to store luggage. No admin work at the storage facility was good, and no need to print confirmation was also a plus, the only issue I had was accessing the website via my iPhone and needed a PC to make the reservation & pay.
